Clan Rules
|
These are our Clan Rules to be followed by everyone using our Clan Forum, the Shout Box, and especially, everyone in the clan.
IF YOU BREAK ANY OF THESE RULES, I OR ANY OTHER CLAN ADMINISTRATOR (=][=L=Immortal1 and =][=A=GangsterBadboy at the moment) HAS THE RIGHT TO BAN YOU FROM ANYTHING OF OURS. THIS INCLUDES OUR TEAMSPEAK2 SERVER, OUR CLAN FORUM, SHOUT BOX, COMPLETELY REMOVE YOU FROM THE CLAN, AND, IF YOU ARE NOT IN THE CLAN, BAN YOU FROM EVER JOINING THE IMMORTALITY CLAN. Do not take this lightly. We have already removed one member for going against our rules.

1) No Abuse
You have no rights in this clan, only privileges. I have the right to take away any or all of your privileges for as long as I feel necessary whenever I wish and for any or no reason at all. These privileges include the use of our TS server, our clan forum, our Shout Box, the ability to participate in clan wars and practices, being in this clan, and everything in between. Another thing that applies under rule #1 is no hacking. I will not allow anyone to use hacks or cheats of that source while in our clan. If you already do, then leave now. And if you are interested in joining our clan and you use hacks, get a new account and don't use any hacks with it or don't even bother filling out our clan application. I would like everyone in our clan to play fair. This does not include "cheat servers", as those are unofficial (you cannot gain any stats or honor). I do not tolerate hacks, EVER.
2) No Disrespect
We do not allow anyone to use first names in any type of public communications other than talking one-on-one with the person. Example: You may not use first names or any name other than their username, or nickname if they are okay with you using that nickname, in TeamSpeak2, Americas Army, the clan forum, or any other public place like that. X-Fire, though, you may, as long as it is to that person and no one else and they are fine with you calling them by their nickname instead of their username. If there is a nickname you would like to use for a clan mate, first make sure they are not offended by you calling them that (this includes absolutely no use of the word "noob" to any other clan member). I do not tolerate any name-calling or swearing to other clan members; all it does is make us look bad like we are not a team. You may swear, as long as no other clan member is offended. If a clan mate swears or does anything you don't like or you get offended by, first tell them. They should stop. If they don't, or if you feel necessary, you may send me an email notifying me of this. All emails sent to me are confidential, between me and the emailer, and I will never mention anything specific about your email or say who sent it. Also, if another clan member shoots you or at you, whether on purpose or accident, do not shoot back. If you feel it was not an accident, first take a screen shot while you can see where it says who shot who in the console or on the "new four messages" in the console. Then open up the scores box (F1) and take a screen shot of that, too, so I can see how much ROE they have gotten. You are able to take more than one screen shot without loosing your last, so don't worry about taking too many. It will save them all. If you need any help on taking and accessing your screen shots, send me an email and I will help you out. Then, after you take screen shots of the Friendly Fire, talk to them about it without making our clan look bad. If they say anything offensive to you, just tell them and take a screen shot of that too. Then take all your screen shots and send me an email talking about what happened and put the screen shots in as an attachment so I can judge
what to do about it. Remember, there is nothing they can do to stop you from taking a screen shot and sending it to me, and if you fire back or talk bad back to them, they may do it instead and you will get in trouble.
3) Respect Those of Higher Authority
This includes your squad leader (Alpha Leader/Bravo Leader/etc.). What I mean by this is your squad leader in your clan, not just others that you may be playing with. You may do whatever you wish with others, as long as you don't make us look bad. Most importantly, respect me and other Administrators. Remember, we have the right to do anything. This does not mean that an Administrator may disrespect you. If they do, let me know with an email, and if possible with a screen shot, too, for proof. I am the leader and creator of this clan. I am in charge of all you, including other Administrators, so I can do ANYTHING I wish and kick any of you out of the clan whenever I wish. I do not abuse my authority, but I am not too lenient either.
